You may return your phone case within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window to be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for return, items must be free from damage, wear, or alterations. Custom-designed cases may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of order. Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
For standard returns due to customer preference change or incorrect order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items or errors on our part.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective product.

Step 2: We will send you a return authorization number and return shipping address. Include the authorization number with your return package.
Step 3: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include all original accessories and documentation, and ship it to the provided address.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Personalized or custom-designed cases cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. This includes cases with custom text, images, or designs created specifically for you.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear cannot be returned. Cases that have been removed from packaging and used are not eligible for return unless defective.
Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned. These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If you are located outside the United States, local consumer protection laws may apply.
All products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from returns and will be handled according to our warranty terms.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered production. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible, and standard return terms will apply.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number. We will confirm cancellation and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Custom orders that have entered the design approval stage may incur cancellation fees.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund amounts will equal the purchase price paid, excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Custom order cancellation fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
